Product Introduction
Purity XBD vertical turbine fire pump is composed of three main sections: the bowl assembly (working section), column assembly (water pipe section), and discharge head (surface section). The working section includes the impeller, diffuser bowl, shaft bearing, impeller shaft, cone sleeve, and strainer assembly. Ac fire pump vertical turbine impeller adopts a closed design for enhanced hydraulic efficiency and is securely bolted together with the casing for reliable, vibration-free operation.
The column assembly consists of water pipes, transmission shafts, couplings, and bracket components. The water pipes are connected via flanges for strength and easy alignment. The transmission shaft is made from 2Cr13 or full stainless steel.
To extend the Purity XBD turbine fire pump’s service life and simplify installation, optional wear rings can be mounted on the impeller and diffuser bowls. These wear-resistant components reduce internal wear and help maintain high efficiency over time.
