Product Introduction

Purity UPS end suction fire pump casing and pump cover are manufactured from ductile iron, which delivers superior strength and toughness compared to gray cast iron. This material choice enhances the centrifugal water pump’s ability to withstand high pressure, mechanical stress, and long-term operational loads, making it well suited for demanding fire suppression systems.

Purity UPS fire pump end suction impeller is made of bronze, offering excellent wear resistance and corrosion resistance. This ensures stable hydraulic performance over extended service life, even when handling water that may contain impurities or when the pump remains in standby for long periods. The bronze impeller also helps maintain efficiency and reduces the risk of performance degradation caused by erosion or chemical attack.

Purity UPS end suction fire pump sealing reliability is addressed through a packed gland seal structure. This design helps prevent sudden, large-scale leakage during operation, providing more predictable maintenance intervals and higher running reliability. The packing arrangement is straightforward to inspect and service, supporting consistent performance throughout the end suction fire pump’s lifecycle.

Besides, Purity UPS end suction centrifugal pumps are designed to meet the requirements of UL448 fire pump certification, reflecting its suitability for fire protection applications where dependable performance and recognized standards compliance are essential.
